 Please note:        We encourage you to have meals at the church in order to meet and talk with other conferees and to avoid being late for sessions. Friday night is a particularly busy time in Charlotte to visit a restaurant!

Registration confirmation will be sent via email.

Cancellation Policy:  $30.00 of each registration fee is non-refundable.  Refund requests must be received in writing at above address by Sept. 15, 2008.  After that date, the entire amount of the registration fee is non-refundable.
